The PurelyBloom Confidence Promise 💖
We created PurelyBloom because we know how personal feminine care is — and how frustrating it can feel when something just doesn’t work.
So we made this simple and stress-free:
Use your PurelyBloom soap as directed for up to 30 days. If you don’t feel confident, comfortable, and completely happy with your results, we’ll gladly refund you. No need to send anything back.
💕 Our Promise Terms
To keep things fair and lovely for everyone, here are a few gentle guidelines:

Give it a little time
Our formula works with your body’s natural balance, so we ask that you use it for at least 14 days before requesting a refund. -
First order only
Our promise applies to your first purchase (up to 3 bars). -
One promise per customer
This guarantee is limited to one refund per person, household, or shipping address. -
30-day window
You must request your refund within 30 days of delivery. -
Proof of purchase
Just have your order number or confirmation email ready.

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and take care of everything for you 💕
✨ Orders with Discounts
If you purchased during a sale or used a discount code, your refund will reflect the amount you actually paid.
🎁 Gift Orders
If your PurelyBloom was a gift:
- The original purchaser can request a refund (returned to their payment method)
- If you’re the recipient, reach out to us — we may offer you store credit instead 💗
📦 Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Oh no — that’s not the PurelyBloom experience we want for you.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days at support@purelybloom.co with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We’ll make it right with either a replacement or full refund — your choice.
And don’t worry, we’ll cover any related shipping.
🚚 Orders Not Received
If your order says delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 14 days.
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll happily reship it or refund you.
💳 Refund Processing
- Refunds are sent back to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
- Banks may take additional time to post funds
