Shipping Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, packaging, and carrier schedules.
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.
During high-volume periods or peak seasons, slight delays may occur. If so, we will notify you via email with updated delivery information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. PurelyBloom is not responsible for charges incurred once the shipment reaches the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment and view estimated delivery updates.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We process orders quickly, so there is a limited window (approximately 12 hours) to request changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
PurelyBloom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please:
- Check around your property (front door, mailbox, garage, etc.)
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Contact your local carrier for additional details
If your package is still missing, contact us within 15 days of the marked delivery date, and we will assist you further.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your name
- Order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
Please keep all packaging materials, as they may be required for claims.
Incomplete Orders
If your order is missing items, please email support@purelybloom.co within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Email address
- Description of missing item(s)
- Photo of what you received
We will ship the missing items at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for missing item claims.
Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Email address
- Description of the issue
- Photo of the item received
We will send the correct item at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued in these cases.
